In order to achieve a high level of success in HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) dedication and hard work is required. The company’s sustainability is a consequence of the program used to ensure the well-being of the employees. Therefore, HSE is a continuous work that requires the involvement of all. Knowledge is not useful if it is not applied.

The Safety Program developed by Tecnosonda has as main objective that the employees develop their functions with absolute security, considering the individual, the team and the Work Permit (WP) issuers.

The Shoulder Friend Program’s main objective is for its employees to seek out their work partners, including their superiors, to expose risk situations and correct them. Consequently, accidents are avoided.

 

The responsibility is charged to the LEADERSHIP. There is no problem in refusing if the employee does not feel SAFE to perform any task.

1 – Behavioral Audits;

2 – Verification of Machines and Tools;

3 – Order and Cleaning Inspections;

4 – Task Security Analysis (TSA), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Work Instruction (WI);

5 – Disclosure of goals to the entire workforce;

6 – Balance of Consequences and Incentive Program.

 

The audits with field leaders, engineers, quality control and HSE, contribute to the results and deliveries of TECNOSONDA in the safety standards that requires ZERO accidents.

Security Program – Defined Goals:

To be successful in a security program, it is necessary to quantify the evolution with a clear language and with well-defined objectives

• Intensification of behavioral audits carried out by the leaders with weekly monitoring by managers and coordinators;
